Growing the Future Annual Conference

Child Care Resource Network is excited to invite you to this year’s annual conference, Growing the Future! It is because of the dedication of child care professionals just like you that we are able to continue Growing the Future of Western New York children. Join us for an inspiring day of unique training sessions, opportunities to network with others, exciting vendors, and great food. Attendees will receive 6 hours of certified training per day.

  

  

 

Child Care Resource Network proudly presents Keynote Speaker Tommy McClam

Tommy was born and raised in the urban center of Buffalo, New York. He received his formal education in the Buffalo public school system, and later went on to graduate from Daemen College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration  and Leadership Development, specializing in Accounting.

 He has completed a successful career as an upper-level manager with the Internal Revenue Service, and was the former National Director of Mentoring for YouthBuild USA. Tommy is now the Deputy Director of Open Buffalo, a community movement for social and  economic justice. In addition, Tommy has been involved in youth ministry and youth development work for over 30 years. He is also  currently an Associate Pastor at Edison Street Community Church in Buffalo, New York, serving as the men’s discipleship ministry  leader.

Kate Dust is a senior developer and the Vice President of Education and Staff Development at EduKids, Inc. EduKids centers are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). High-quality children’s programs, exceptional leadership and strong family and community partnerships are hallmarks of EduKids, Inc. Kate earned a Master of Science Degree in Education and Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Buffalo State College.

Conference attendees will no longer be required to choose which specific sessions they will be attending ahead of time.

  • All conference attendees need their own registration form, and those who qualify for the group rate must submit all attendees registrations at the same time
  • The Educational Incentive Program (EIP) may be able to help you pay for this conference. For more information, please call 1-800-295-9616
  • Payment must be made at the time of registration. Payment and registration can be completed online at the above link, and checks can also be mailed in with your registration. Checks can be made payable to:
