If you answered yes to these questions, then join us for Pyramid Model training where we will explore the importance of building positive relationships, developing supportive and nurturing environments, teaching social skills, empathy and emotional vocabulary and providing individualized supports when needed. This training is designed specifically to address the unique dynamics of in-home multi-age programs.

You will receive 7 hours of training from dynamic trainer, Marilyn Ballard, Owner of ECE Solutions, the ability to meet and connect with other family and group family providers. Free lunch will also be provided by CCRN.

Family and Group Family providers can use CSEA/VOICE’s Professional Development Training Program to cover the cost in full. Simply complete the following:

1. Go to: https://csealearningcenter.org/grants/cseaprofdev.cfm and enter your license/registration/enrollment number and CSEA ID, then select a Child Care Coalition of the Niagara Frontier
2.  Now you REGISTER for training class directly through our website, www.wnychildren.org. 

Please note only family day care and group family day care owners or on-site providers can get this training paid for using CSEA/VOICE’s Professional Development Training Program.  Assistants are not eligible to receive funding for this training through the CSEA/VOICE program.
