Knowing how to administer CPR and First Aid can help you to save a life! In this American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) training class you will learn to:

  • Perform hands on skills for breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults, children, and infants, including the use of an AED.
  • Provide appropriate care for a variety of illnesses and inuries that may occur in your workplace.
  • Prepare an appropriate action plan to use at your facility in the event of an emerency situation.

Trainees who demonstrate practical skills will become certified by ASHI. Certification is valid for two years.
