If you are a 0-3 provider, you have more than likely had to endure biting in your program at one time or another.  While this phase of development is typically short lived, it can bring added stress to the teachers and program.  In this session we will explore why children bite, develop strategies to use to guide behavior that limits biting, and what to do when biting does happen.  We will also touch briefly on how to talk to and prepare families for biting.

This training is geared towards Family Day Care, Group Family Day Care, or Day Care Centers that care for infants and toddlers.
