DAL Exchange (December)

Directors As Leaders (DAL) invites you to network with like-minded professionals, including other early childhood managers and members of the DAL advisory committee. The “Exchange” includes a tour of the program and a facilitated discussion component too, to provide a well-rounded but casual professional development experience. Participants also serve as an informal focus group, to assure that DAL understands local directors’ professional development needs and interests.

This event is a component of the Leadership Academy, a professional development initiative designed exclusively for early childhood leaders in WNY.

This Exchange will be held at Holy Cross Head Start, Main Center, 150 Maryland Street, Buffalo, NY 14201.
