The WNY Infant Toddler Resource Network is pleased to welcome two presenters to this mini-conference.  The morning session will be spent with presenter Jeannie Thomma from ECLC.  Jeannie will lead us through a morning exploring mindfulness. Participants will be introduced to a variety of useful tools to cultivate a mindfulness practice, including the basics of meditation.

After lunch, Dr. Whitney Mendel of Daemen College will spend our afternoon session speaking about using a trauma–informed approach to support babies, toddlers, and their families as well as the beneficial impact of responsive care in the first three years.
