Safe Sleep

This training will give insight to the importance of safe sleep practices in child care facilities per OFCS guidelines to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome ( SIDS ) and other sleep-related incidents. Participants will learn about current safe sleep guidelines, proper sleep envirnments, supervision standards, and how to communicate safe sleep policies with families based on the Crib for Kids Model.
