Keeping in Compliance Training

In response to ongoing federal mandates, all informal and formal child care providers seeking payment through the Department of Social Services must comply with updated health and safety inspection requirements. This training is designed to support providers in meeting these standards both during the application process and throughout the ongoing operation of their facilities.

Participants will receive comprehensive guidance on current OCFS (Office of Children and Family Services) regulations, including recent updates and new compliance measures essential for maintaining licensure and eligibility for enhanced reimbursement rates.
