Child Development for LE Providers

The purpose of this training is to provide knowledge and skills so legally exempt providers can care for children in developmentally appropriate ways. This training focuses on three (3) elements that support child developmentinteractions, environments and experiences. Topics in each of the three (3) areas, such as temperament, routines, supervision, language development, challenging behavior and special needs, etc. will be discussed. This training provides information and activities designed to support implementation of ideas and concepts presented.
