The purpose of this training is to bring awareness to the subject of Implicit Racial Bias in the field of child care. This training will cover the following:

  • What is Implicit Bias?
  • What are issues are students and children of color facing in childcare and education systems?
  • How to reflect on and confront your own Implicit Bias
  • Ways to support youth of color in your program

Registration is at no cost to providers due to grant funding from the Workforce Development Institute, and snacks are included!
