DAL Exchange (February)

Come to DAL Exchange and network with like-minded professionals, including other early childhood managers and members of the DAL advisory committee. The February "Exchange" will be hosted by the Family Help Center. We will start with a tour of the program and include a facilitated discussion component, to provide a well-rounded but casual professional development experience. Participants also serve as an informal focus group, to assure that DAL understands local directors' professional development needs and interests.

This event is a component of the Leadership Academy, a professional development initiative designed exclusively for early childhood leaders in WNY.
