CPR, AED, and First Aid for Children, Infants, and Adults – Blended Learning

This blended PediatricPlus CPR, AED, and First Aid for Children, Infants, and Adults training is done through the American Safety and Health Institute.

Description:

This course meets national standards for pediatric first aid, CPR and AED training. This is a blended learning course which uses both online and in-person learning. Upon successful completion of the online component, the student must complete an in-person skills testing. Certification is valid for two years.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Since this is a blended class it is imperative that you provide a valid email address. Shortly after registering for the class you will receive a link from the instructor to complete the online portion. We strongly suggest checking your junk email to ensure you have received the necessary link. The online portion MUST be completed prior to the in-person skills testing.

CSEA/VOICE - Get state approved training to meet enrollment/registration/licensing requirements AT NO COST TO YOU with participating training organizations by using the CSEA/VOICE Professional Development Training Program. This program is open to NYS Registered Family, Licensed Group Family and Legally Exempt childcare providers.

Educational Incentive Program (EIP) Scholarship funding to participate in this training may be available through the (Educational Incentive Program (EIP)). In order to be eligible for EIP funding, you must be a paid employee, or the direct supervisor of a paid employee in a NYS OCFS or NYC DOHMH registered or licensed child care program.

*This is a blended training, and according to EIP policy scholarship awards will be issued for up to $95 for online training that includes a face-to-face skills testing component. You will be reimbursed after the training for this amount if you receive an EIP award.
