Child Care Resource Network is committed to providing quality customer service. If in the event that you have a complaint about your experience with our agency, please consider the following complaint procedure.
If you have an issue with the service that you received from a Child Care Resource Network employee, you are encouraged to contact that person’s immediate supervisor. Please follow the chain of support by requesting to speak to the supervisor. Continue to request the next level of supervisor, up to and including the Chief Executive Officer if necessary. The Chief Executive Officer is the final authority in all matters related to customer service complaints.
If the complaint is concerning the Chief Executive Officer, a written statement of the problem must be submitted to the President of the Board of Directors. The President will render a decision within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the complaint. The President and the Executive Committee are the final authority as it relates to any concerns with the CEO.
